FTC Extends Red Flag Compliance Deadline to June 2010

Thanks in part to a District of Columbia circuit court ruling, small business have been given more time to comply with Red Flag Rules. The Federal Trade Commission has extended the compliance deadline from November 1, 2009 to June 1, 2010.
