Digital File Specifications for International Competition

Non-Masters: Files must match the prints submitted for competition using the following specifications:
File Size: 16”x20” at 200 ppi
Format: JPEG quality 10 (file size must not exceed 3.5 mb)
Imbedded Color Profile: sRGB or Adobe RGB (1998)
File Name: PPAmember#_ImageTitle  (use _ for spaces, e.g. 123456_See_Spot_Run.jpg)

DIGITAL ALBUM ENTRY

NOTE: Seal of Approval CD Albums from 2010 Regional’s must also be submitted with the Seal attached via the mailing instructions.

All Sealed and Non-sealed entries and Traditional album entries must use the guidelines below.

Upload File: Compressed Zip File containing individual album spreads
File Name: PPAmember#_Album_Title (use _ for spaces, e.g. 123456_Summer_Weddings.zip)

Individual Album Spreads within the Zip File:
File Size: Longest dimension 20” at 200 ppi for each album spread
Format: JPEG quality 10
Imbedded Color Profile: sRGB or Adobe RGB (1998)
File Name: 01_PPAmember#, 02_PPAmember#, etc for spreads, in order of viewing
Entry may contain up to 36 Spreads
Studio identification or entrant’s name cannot appear on any file within the album entry.
