Hi group;

I just got the certfication liaison newsletter this morning. I'd like to share a few things. The current exams are 85% general photography questions and 15% tailored to your specialty. There is a portrait/wedding exam and a commercial exam. This spring there will be added a sports and events exam.

February was an outstanding month for certification. There were more applications than any month in recent memory. Exams were given in Maryland, Kentucky, Mississippi, California, Pennsylvania (by me), Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, New York, Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Texas.

For anyone thinking about getting Certified ... let me know any questions you might have. Or contact the liaison for your state. You can also ask PPA.

Did the exams just change? There weren't any specialty questions on the test in January...
