Specs for PPA Album Competition

Our local affiliate is using PPAs specs for our annual album competition. The images are to be sized at 1024x768. Now if your page is square (like 10x10 pages), should it be sized at 768x768? If not, how would the square pages be sized digitally to conform to PPAs comp rules.

You can make the files in a couple of ways. 1 if you want 1 page at a time, paste the square into the 1024x768 (I would start with your square as a 768x768). 2- you can show a two page spread pasted into the 1024x768. Use which ever presentation you think shows the story and images to their best.
