I have two questions. One.... I see that with the test changes for 2013 that the London book is no longer being listed as the recommended text. Instead 13 other books are. I am about to purchase some study material. Should I still look to the London book or invest on the new list?

Two... Do you have to complete the image submission before testing? Or can they be flip flopped. I ask, because I think I read that there will be testing held at ImagingUSA, but the next image submission is in February.
