Also - don't forget about visiting Stone Mountain.

Re: Things to do and see in Atlanta
How does anyone have time to see or do anything outside the convention? Unless you stay for a day or two after the convention. 'Cause a day or two before the convention there's still convention stuff to do.

Everything except Six Flags and Stone Mountain are very close, within a couple of miles. Those two are more for any family that might be with an attendee.

Re: Things to do and see in Atlanta
I just heard about Stone Mountain in church yesterday. Too funny! So, how far is it from the convention? I'm wondering the same thing as Kirk. I'm set up to take pre-convention classes...how can one see Stone Mountain too? Is there time to walk around the Expo if you're in classes all day? I hope so. Also, what kind of "deals" can I really expect on equipment...like Nikon?

Near the convention for seafood is Legal Seafood. Been wanting to go to Gladys Knight's but the lines are mondo long on the weekends.

If your business depends on you, you don't own a business-you have a job. And it's the worst job in the world because you're working for a lunatic... You can't close it when you want to, because if it's closed you don't get paid. You can't leave it when you want to, because if you leave there's nobody there to do the work. You can't sell it when you want to, because who wants to buy a job?http://www.meritageonmain.blogspot.com
