Re: Northcentral Results
Maybe if we all post date our checks to them next competition so they can't cash the checks until the results are posted???

Re: Northcentral Results
The District results are not posted by the hosting District. The District competitions are run by the PPA Photographic Exhibition Committee (PEC), and they do not post the results until they are all cross checked and assured of their accuracy. In a situation where an 80+ score means an automatic exhibition merit, the results have to be assured correct before posting. Give them a little time to make sure that it's all right.

Re: Northcentral Results
I remember when we had to wait for print cases from district to be returned before we knew our scores. Usually took two weeks

Re: Northcentral Results
I am sure they do. It's my first time, so I just want to know so bad! I heard of an affiliate organization that texts or emails you shortly after your print goes through. Too bad we couldnt get that huh? Lol

Re: Northcentral Results
They can't do that at a PPA District judging since the scores are not final until the end of the day. A judge can challenge a score anytime during the day and have the print brought back for review, discussion, and rescoring. A judge can, late in the day, call back an image that was judged early that morning for a challenge. Once the day of judging is ended, then the scores on the images become final. PPA does not release or publish the scores until they are final and verified.

Re: Northcentral Results
I just received an email from the print chair from Wisconsin that said results should be posted by the end of this week or next week at the latest.
