I called Cindy this afternoon and she and Greg are coming to the convention and will be working the print crew - I got theiir information for my PEC volunteer update note - I forgot to ask about the wig... a good reason to call him back... I'll put that on my list of things to try to do this year. We never did it in the past because when we first get together to start setting up, we're all focused on the task at hand - then, as we reach the end, when just about everything is done and it's just the final few cleanup and fine tuning of the display left, most of the people drift away to get dinner or meet friends so at the end it's just a couple of us left setting up the last few parts of the displays, getting the signs up, moving the crates back to storage, and stuff like that. maybe we can do a group shot right after our noon organizational meeting before we actually start setting up the exhibit - but we gotta get somebody to bring a real camera - all I'm bringing is a point-and-hope.
