Summer Shoot-out Announced!!

Hey everyone. Looks like PPA has a fun image contest going for the summer. Cash prizes for each category and a grand prize too. Here is a link to all of the information. How are the images going to be judged? Is it by standard PPA competition standards (i.e. 12 elements?). I know it says judged by Master photographers but it doesn't specify the criteria.
