2 Merits for IUSA?
Did I read this right? On the schedule for IUSA it reads: "PPA members earn two merits for attending Imaging USA. Additional merits are earned for each full day (1 merit) or 2- or 3-day (2 merits) preconvention class."
http://www.imagingusa.org/schedule.php
We now get 2 merits for attending??? Woohoo!

If you're looking to earn another merit at Imaging in Phoenix, you can always volunteer to help set up and take down the print exhibit. Volunteers who work on the print crew at the National Convention earn a merit for their service. If you're interested, contact Jim Dingwell to sign up.
The best way to gain for yourself is to give OF yourself.

If you are Certified, then Imaging does count towards your CEUs required for recertification.

as well as...
Your local affiliates and any workshops, schools or seminars you attend. (I think you monthly affiliate meetings count as 1/4 a point)

If your business depends on you, you don't own a business-you have a job. And it's the worst job in the world because you're working for a lunatic... You can't close it when you want to, because if it's closed you don't get paid. You can't leave it when you want to, because if you leave there's nobody there to do the work. You can't sell it when you want to, because who wants to buy a job?http://www.meritageonmain.blogspot.com
