It has gone out of print and since it was a recommended CPP book, I figured I should post this in here for those who are long done with needing their copy and willing to sell it to me. Me, who is really, really upset that this book is no longer in print.

Have you searched Amazon? At someone else's suggestion I recently did that to find some out of print photo books that I was looking for. I found numerous used ones at attractive prices. Worth a look....
