To fix the gallery cookie login error:
- Log out of the forum.
- Clear all of your old cookies for the site
- Log in to the Forum. (Make sure that you are logging in from the Forums page, IT WILL NOT WORK if you login from the galleries page.
- Click on the link to Galleries
That should fix the problem.
