what's this about "your post won't be visable until it is approved" ?
i guess this is something new?
going to slow down the discussions.

We are trying to anticipate any problems by doing this, your question could sit there and languish until the expert sees and answers, instead, it will not be visible until they put in their response.

Saw this post again and it would have helped if I read first.:)
