To fix the gallery cookie login error:
Log out of the forum.
Clear all of your old cookies for the site
Log in to the Forum. (Make sure that you are logging in from the Forums page, IT WILL NOT WORK if you login from the galleries page.
Click on the link to Galleries
That should fix the problem.
