I don't see the impact. Sorry.

I was going to say "I don't see the excitement" because I felt that everyone thought the word "impact " was overused....but it's the same thing.:)
The image loses my interest pretty quickly...maybe a different story if the water had been frozen over.

I'll bite......why would it be a "different story" if the water was frozen solid, instead of the ice flows?

Sue Ellen,
This image would have more impact if the light would have been more interesting. This is great light for waterfalls and soft portraits of people. It is not very dramatic though. One of the best times to go out for landscapes in right before or after a big storm. it is called storm light, and it is spotty and very intense. Think about that when you are out and about. Have fun. Keep it up.

Hi Sue Ellen;

This may not be competition caliber but it is wall styling worthy. I'd make it a limited edition. Have X number printed and sell them as wall decor. Here is my rendition. I'm not crazy about the title but wanted to add something.
I suggest that you add a signature using Photoshop.

Don't know...just trying to visualize something that would be more "continuous"...as is, a majority of the image is a "splotchy" combination of ice, water, and broken reflections.
