I received the notification email several days ago about changes to the certification process. I used the email link at the bottom to email several questions, but my message was returned this morning as undeliverable. Does anyone know the reason for the difficulty?

I sent the an email to the same address on Tuesday. I didn't a bounce back. They haven't responded yet. But I imagine they got quite a few emails and are busy trying to answer them all (esp. about the new recert policy.) I would check the address again and resend it if I were you.
