Cades Cove

Hi All,
I have some images that I had taken in Cades Cove, TN of the various landscape and the wheel house John P Cable Mill. Would I need a release to enter these into Print Comp? I know that State Parks in GA require me to submit a request to them before I can take pictures for resale...not sure if its the same in TN/NC area, especially since Cades Cove is such a tourist place.

I don't know about the legal aspect of selling images, but there are regularly photos taken in the national parks entered in the IPC. There are photos of the mill and the fence line in Cades Cove entered every year. The national parks, by definition, belong to the people of the US.
