Print Case shipping Question

Ok, I feel like I might have done something wrong. I am really new to all competition and I live very close to Athens, GA so I hand delivered my case for SEPPA judging, but was not able to also pick it up so I prepaid for shipping and expected my case to be shipped as is with a label slapped on the outside. Today I received a big box and surprise my print case was inside. This was a new print case by Fiberbilt, made by Case Design which I bought from B and H. I thought the concept was that the case be shippable as is, no box needed. Do I have the wrong product? Am I going to have trouble when I send it off to IPC this summer? Help please.

If your print case was shipped by UPS, they will not accept it without a cardboard box overpack. FedEx will accept your shipping case as is. It's not a problem with your print case, it's just UPS's rules.

I use fed ex for just this reason! It's less expensive and no nonsense about having to be in a box.
