HELP - Can't upload album for SEPPA

I am entering two albums. One uploaded fine and the other gives a message that it uploaded successfully but the image is just a question mark. I have checked and rechecked my file specs and uploaded multiple times and even re-saved my files. I thought it could be because there is an apostrophe in file name, however, I have tried it with and without an apostrophe.

I need to be able to print my labels for my two physical entries tonight in order to ship tomorrow.

7th or 8th time was a charm. I ended up deleting another entry and uploading the album in it's spot and that worked the first time. Must have been a glitch in the system. Now, I hope my files are name correctly (no apostrophe).
