I thought because we can submit any size we want now I would try it out.
Any thoughts on this presentation? I am going to have to get a bigger case if I go with this size 12x24
I am looking for a second set of eyes on any problem area on the print as well :)

Are some of the stay hairs distracting to anyone?

Have you tried flipping it. I don't see the stray hairs on thisvimage.

here is the flipped version
I think the original flows better, but im up for opinions :)

I prefer the flipped image. Your subject isn't looking out of frame, and it retains interest in the subject instead of leading the viewer out of frame.

I think I would have moved it to the other side so she is looking from left to right and into the frame. Just my 2¢.

I like the flipped version. I'd also suggest clipping off a bit of the hair on the right side of the flipped image to move the face closer to the middle of the inset frame and enlarging the inset frame a bit larger which will pull the face back onto a rule of thirds line. Also - move the image up on the board so that there is more space below her face than above it. I can copy the image and crop it and repost it to show you if you would like...
One more thing - if you already have a 16x20 case, you can always cut the print so that it is 20" on the longest side - a 10-12x20 and send that size in. I don't think that you're going to gain much by going with a 12x24 over a 10x20 print at the IPC.
