Not sure exactly what this is for but to me the lighting lacks overall consistancy. This gallery also does not demonstrate a good understanding of what lighting patterns work best with each subject.

I also noticed a great deal of color problems and cropping that was not pleasing... Many of the headshots were cropped too closely. I also noticed incorrect camera angles and mixed color keys.

8, 12 and 20 have the biggest color balance issue with a major shift to the blue side.

Watch out for blown highlights such as those in image #2.

The distracting tilt is in image 15. The baseboard just makes the camera tilt too defined. If you level that it will be a much better image.

Try to avoid the "ghost light" effect like you see in image #4.

Not a bad first round now let's see what you can do with it.
