What to bring to Speed Shooting with the Pros?

I'm signed up for Saturday's Speed Shooting with the Pros: Take 2, and I'm not sure what to bring.

I don't want to bring too much or too little, and as I'm staying with my folks in town, I can't just run up to my room to get more or less equipment.

Also, if it would help answering my question:

- I am a portrait photographer, families, children, seniors
- I have these lenses 24-70mm, 50mm, 17-40mm, 135mm
- 580iiex, with flexible flash adapters
- reflectors

AND
- BACK PROBLEMS, so carrying more than I need to is never something that I want to do.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

I am signed up for that also. I am bringing my 50mm, 70-200mm and a wide angle to shoot the setups.
Not sure what others will bring.
