I guess I registered, but the website never asked for a credit card number and actually told me I was charged $0.00. It let me proceed - I kept thinking it would realize something was missing. I want to follow the rules, but the website just let me go on my merry way!
It allowed me to upload my entries, so it must be happy with no money.

A second issue is that the site would generate error messages and the only way to clear them was to start over. Three times! The site saved some info and dropped others. So while two images have seals, it dropped one and the paperwork only shows one. I corrected the entry forms by pen. I hope that works.
This took waaaay too long - maybe that is why I was not charged - compensation!

I would have called the office, but the web gives no phone number.

contact Jim Dingwell @ jdingwell@ppa.com or 866-591-9190 He will make sure you get credit for the seal and that all is perfectly set on your entry.
