Digitally Submitted Entry Proof of Permission: Where?

One of the rules for a printed entry to the Electronic Imaging category is stated thusly:


Any entry which has been reproduced from an existing photograph, portrait, graphic or any other artwork produced by another person must be accompanied by permission from that maker and pasted on the back of the entry.

This year, images can optionally be submitted in digital form. There is no mention of proof of permission for the digital entries. How/where do I provide this information?
