nationals deadline extention for HOAPPA?

I heard that if you entered HOAPPA, that you can apply for an extension to enter nationals. Is this true? Where do I apply?

I just got my print case back today and I'd like to reorder 1 of the images before I sent it to nationals.

Check with the print chair from HOAPPA or Jim Dingwell from PPA.

I know that there was some info in our cases from SEPPA for an extension because of the timing between the two competition deadlines.
