I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but I thought was worth asking. I submitted my images for the October 9 deadline over a week ago.
I hit the submit portfolio button and all the images appeared on my screen and everything. I never got a confirmation that PPA had received them, so I checked into it and was told that I would only get an email if there was an error. So I thought all was well. As it turns out, staff at PPA did some double checking and the images had not come through. Luckily, they called me the evening of October 9 and had me re-submit. The same thing happened. Has anyone else had this experience?
