When are cases returned?

I guess this question is primarily for Keith, but if anyone knows...

When do cases with merit images get returned? As most people already know, my husband's military orders were changed and the return-address on the case is right now going to Halifax - unfortunately... we are not. If they return a half-empty case right after comp is over... we have a big problem. If the case is returned after Imaging, then to whom do I send a change-of-address notification? (We do not yet have a new address.)

Those won't get returned until after the 2010 convention. They usually start showing up the last part of January or early February.

Not sure what you can do. I guess once you have anew permanent address you can contact Jim Dingwell who is the PEC chair and see if he can flag your case with the new address.
