I have searched and searched, but I cannot find the following: (although I am sure that it's right under my nose! :)

Where do I download the official "CD jewel case entry label"?
Where do I upload the photos for critique after submitting my case online? I can't find a place to do this...

And I want to double check...on the back of my prints, I affix a label with

My Name
Entry #
My PPA #
Title

Correct?

O.K. It seems I didn't go far enough through the process. I apologize for bugging you all.

O.K., I lied...one more thing. Is the entry number one digit or 5? At the top of my labels, there is a five digit number. IS this the entry #?
