I would appreciate your comments on these images. I am thinking of entering them in the NJ competition. I could say more about this being my first competition, and nerves, and … well you know.

jean,
i think your best shot is #1, nice pictoral-nice placement of the subjects.
#2 the judges always have a problem will amutated limbs.
#3 once again the balance is good, but the deep shadows on the boy's legs
will hurt this one.
let's see what others have to say.
post some more images, you'll want to fill the case up with 4 prints.

Hi Jean;

I wish you had posted images a good bit bigger. In addition to what Joe said ... the matte on the 2nd image draws too much attention to itself. I would probably have used a blue from her coveralls.
