Image Ratings in Galleries?

I am wondering if anyone can help me out with the rating system given in the Gallery for CPP images. Some reviews just point out flaws but offer no rating.
Some offer a rating with no comments.
What numerical rating and above would pass.

Typically most of us are rating these on a 0-100 scale where 7 is a 70. Your images should at least fall in the 76 and above range. In other parts of the gallery where I put in a critique, I will make a rating and give an actual score if I were to be print comp judge. In certification, we judge the entire collection as a whole and make our determinations based on what you know (what type of photographer control). So, even if we say no to 2 or 3 images, the collection could pass based on what you exhibit in the other 17 or so.
