I have thought and thought and could not come up with a proper title

"An island of his own" Does it fit? I am lost

(imo) A title for an image should be neutral/positive never a negative.

To me this title is neutral. It just states what's happening in the print. Can you describe the print with more emotion. Pick up on the isolation/aloneness of this duck? Nothing is jumping into my head this early in the morning! :p

You need Holly Howe to help you with a title. She's the title Queen around here. It will cost you a box of chocolates; however!!!!

Hi Noelle;

How about "Alone Again" / "Solitary" / "Banished"

Was he banished or did he not feel like getting wet? I am particularly fond of this image and I am falling towards the majestic nature of how the duck's stance and the solace of the image.

Thanks John, I really love this image because it reminds me of myself. I often go down to the water to relieve stress and find peace. I can rarely get close enough to these particular mallards because they are really wild, not like the kind at the pond that will come right up to you. This was the first time they were actually out of the water. I crept up slowly and captured a few images before they saw me and flew off into the sunset. I know I am such a geek when it comes to nature but it makes me feel good.

I really like the word "Solace"

What about "Solace at sunset" or something like that?

Thanks everyone, great titles.

I think I am leaning towards "Sunset Solace"

Mallard Moment
Ducking Out

Now that that's out of my system, can we find a serious title?
