PPA Joins Class Action Suit Against Google

On April 7, Professional Photographers of America (PPA) joined four photographic trade and visual arts associations in filing a class action copyright infringement suit against Google Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

    Hey I'm a Professional Photographer and PPA Member. We have no need to try to save and print other photographs on the internet. What would be the purpose? We are in the business of making photographs of people and things, and selling them to the public.

    you have to wonder if ANY person at PPA has EVER Googled an image for any thing other than viewing on their computer for research for this suit?
