    Recently I have started to shy away from e-mails and really make the assertive effort to have a more personal phone conversation as the first contact. When I receive the web-site inquiry with no contact phone number, I do reply requesting that information. I feel that if they can not provide a contact phone number they are not as serious or legitimate as they should be.
